Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across relevant industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of business to achieve profitable sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and track performance against targets.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and business discussions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close deals.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• A proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
